Notes
Started out Henz and B. Scott (yes, he's still running). Brian was already a 1/2 hour into his run so the pace was fast to start. We basically continued to build. We dropped Scott off near his house 1/2 hour into it and continued at a fast pace after we said we should slow down. We didn't have any markers, but I'm guessing we were around 6:20 for a while. The last 5 minutes were with NCC for some laps just jogging around the football field. Great run overall.
