Out in downtown Denver this morning. This is a messed up week. I took the kids to school yesterday, then right to the dentist, then straight to the airport just in time to catch my flight. Once I got to Denver I had to go right to the hotel, register for the event and then off to dinner with some people. No time for a run. I was disappointed but that's the way it goes.
Today I ran in the dark the entire time on unfamiliar city streets. I ran to Invesco Field (Bronco's stadium) to see our tent setup for the next day. Really cool stadium they have. My hamstrings were still sore and I just kept it easy the whole way. Mileage is an estimate.
