When the alarm went off this morning, it was especially hard to get up and I really didn't feel like running. I got myself to work and headed out toward Blackwell. Early in the run I decided to adjust the workout. Instead of doing 90 minutes with 4 hills, I would do 75 minutes with 6 hills. This lifted my spirits a bit and got me more engaged and focused. I got to the hill and it was still very dark. I did the 6 hills and felt good about it. That may be the most consecutive Blackwell's I've gone up. I've done 9 in a workout a few years ago, but it was broken into 3 sets of three. On the way back I did a couple pick-ups for 3 mites each. Overall, it was a good run but I'm still so tired. I need more sleep.
