Notes
My week went to hell after Tuesday. I came to work Wed with plans to run at lunch. By 9:00 I felt like I was going to vomit. I thought it would go away but it just lingered all day. By the time I got home all I had to eat was a piece of toast in the morning and coffee with cream. I felt a little better after dinner but then started getting a fever but feeling very cold. I woke up the next day still in bad shape but it improved throughout the day. I felt well enough to run on Friday but had too much stuff to do getting ready for Katie's party.
I picked a shitty day to start back up. It was a mix of snow and sleet with a strong wind. It stung my eyes when I was against the wind. My hamstrings are still sore from the Ides of March a week ago. Never got into this run and was glad to be done and get back inside.
