Notes

I ran to Blackwell from work. Just before the hill I did a 3 minute pick-up to wake up the legs. After the hill, I did 8 x 3 minutes hard, 1 minute steady in between. After about 4, that minute rest seemed to go by real fast. I was happy with the effort on these. Good workout. The legs are feeling it now.
