Notes
First basketball in a couple months. Played 4 games of 3 on3 ball. Won all 4 games. Had fun. Ran a mile on the treadmill and then played for 70 minutes. I'm definitely going to feel this in muscles I haven't called on in a while.
I always feel a little hesitant about including basketball for miles, but it was a good workout, so it should count for something.
