Notes
Ran with BS, Henz and Monty from NCC. I really struggled this morning after Katie had us awake for 4-5 hours in the middle of the night, coming into our room over and over. The pace felt fast but I didn't know if it was just me being so tired that it felt so. Just read Henz's log and see he measured it and we were moving fast.
The knee's were okay but the right hamstring was getting very tight at times. Always something lately!
Good group run this morning. It started to rain the last 20 minutes.
