Notes
Body was pretty tired today after a lot of miles the past few days. Right hamstring was tight the whole way. Nice morning to be out running. The trails in Herrick and Danada had nice patches of cool air and fog. I'm still sick with runny nose, stuffy sinuses and sore throat.
Flying the whole family to DC tomorrow.
