Normally Tuesdays are 90 minutes but I wanted to give another day for recovery after the half marathon Sunday. Last night my calves were getting very sore and tight. They seem fine today.
Great fall day for a run. It was just the right temperature. I ran in Herrick and was surprised how many other runners I saw out there. I was pretty tired today and felt some fatigue by about 40 minutes. Didn't really notice any soreness or tightness.
I think these New Balance 903's aren't cushioned enough for me. Every time I wear them my knee's (especially the right) are sore. I was limping after the run.
