Good run from NCC with BS and Henz. We ran to Springbrook, BS turned off at 20 to get back to school, then did Modaff. We gradually built the pace the entire way but never pushing it, just naturally building. My right hamstring got tight the last 20 minutes but wasn't too bad. The hands were cold in Springbrook but fine overall.
