Ran with Henz out at the trails in Silver Springs park. We hadn't been there in a couple years, so it was nice to have a change of scenery. Unfortunately, the trails were grown over in many spots but we found ways around. Henz stopped around an hour and I continued on to the horse trail across the street. I forgot how long and boring that trail is. It took 1/2 hour just to get around it but felt like 45 minutes. I just guessed the distance based on effort.
