Notes

Good Fartlek workout. 8 sets of 2 minutes hard, 2 minutes medium. I went long on the third one by 22 seconds. 7th one was tough because it was mostly uphill. Last one was on the road. I had a little toe slip on the limestone trail but not a big deal.
