From NCC with Henz. Went South on the river path. Ran into BS along the way and all ran together for about 4 of the miles. Wished him well as he was leaving for CO later to run the marathon with Mark on Sunday.
Sucks that I had to go to El Paso the past two days. I was really happy about a good workout Tue, and I'm so frustrated that there was no opportunity to run during that whole trip. 6:00 am fight out of MDW Tue and a 7:05 am flight back yesterday. No break time in between. Oh well, that's life getting in the way of running again.
