Woke up this morning with my cold feeling much worse. Spit up a nice hunk of blood and coughed the whole drive to NCC. Ran with Monty, Henz, Enright, B Scott and N Hird. Did reverse Modaff into Spring Brook and finished on the River Walk. Fortunately the pace didn't get too fast or I would have been dropped with this cold slowing me down. It was a great morning. No wind, nice sun rise. All I want to do now is go to sleep. If only I were back in college.
