Ran with Nick Hird from NCC. Picked a humid and warm morning to do a hill/tempo workout. Basically did a repeat of last Tues (6 x 4 lakes grass hills and tempo run back) but didn't feel as strong. I had a lot of easy days going into this workout last time, so I may be tired from some good runs the past week. Miles on the way back from the hill were 5:38, 5:36, 5:39, 5:37, assuming I checked those at the right spots. Got back in 75 minutes and added on an easier 15 to get to 90.
