Notes
Started with Henz, Monty and BS from NCC. We picked up some neighborhood guy a mile into it looking to run with someone other than Glenn. He stayed with us for about 20 minutes, then turned off. We ran Modaff, which was perfect for dropping off BS back at his house and for Monty to get in a good warm up for his track workout. Henz and I were moving pretty god but I was struggling to keep up. I'm just buried right now and the legs were tired and sore. Still, the pace for this part of the run ended up being pretty fast. We had to be hitting some fast miles the last 30 minute for the average to come out to 6:08.
When we got back to school, we added on a cool down run that I'll log separate.
