My watch was f****d up and I had it running for 20 or so seconds while I stretched. We ran a warm up 800 when we got there after running 700 to the track. I clocked the second lap of my first interval in 1:40, half of the 3:20 pace for the 800. I basically recovered in 2:40 and ran intervals at around 3:20
