6km tempo at Mauerpark. Goal was 4km @ 3:45 and 2 @ 3:40.
No soccer game tonight. Too fast first km. I saw 87s after a lap and thought I slowed down but didn't look at my watch again until 1000m. After that I settled in well, although I'd like to get more precise... At the end I substituted the first km for the fifth, but ran a last hard km so the first wasn't the fastest.
Good workout. A bit risky given I've been a sniffly since the weekend, but I felt better today and decent during the run. After? We'll see.
