Notes
After a couple rough days of sleep, I again decided not to get a long run in. I still managed 40 miles this week with two solid workouts so I don't feel bad about it. Problem is, if I feel like I did this weekend next weekend then I'll be screwed for New Bedford. So I really need to make a conscious effort to take advantage of all the chances I get to rest this week. I'm still in decent shape, but I need to make sure I can show it.
Also, I don't know if I've ever had a run before with 8+ minute miles and sub 7 miles, but no 7 minute miles....
