Felt really fresh after only running once in the last three days (when I didn't need the break). So this is my one big effort for the week.

I did something like this a few weeks ago with 2 x 1.5 in 10 I think. Progressing toward possible late summer Long Runs with two LT sections, a Jack Daniels workout I'd like to try.
