Notes

Another solid Wednesday run. These runs keep getting easier and easier. That being said I don't think I'm expending the same energy (or maybe it's tied) as some of these runs I did in July/August that don't look quite so good on paper, but were done in sweltering conditions.

Didn't get much sleep last night, but stuck to the plan and felt pretty good during the run. Pushed up Woodland as usual, but pull back when I got back to Washington. Then started the progression at the start of the 10th mile, which began on College Road, up passed Lulu and out to Central. I really like the Woronoco look for stuff like this. It's got some character (elevation), but finishes really fast. Consequently the 6:04 at the end of this needs to be taken with a grain of salt.

Looking forward to taking tomorrow off now and getting ready for a medium something something on Saturday.
