At the Bucknell Fieldhouse:
Aiming for 2k in 7:30, 2k in 7:20, 3:35, 3:30.
It ended up being fairly close to that, but a bit more of a gradual decrease.
Felt ready to go after a restful weekend and an easy jog yesterday.
Tough but not all out. This week will likely be a step up so it'll be interesting to see how I recover.
