I've done a few 200m repeats during two of the three runs I've done since Boston, but today was the first time I actually went to the track.

I was trying for 4x400 at threshold pace. These were a little quicker than that, but felt good.

By felt good I mean that my leg felt good. The rest of me felt like I was attempting a pretty crazy workout... baby steps.
