Notes

Double warm-up.

The track team was on the track when I got there so I warmed up on a treadmill... but they still weren't done when I got back so I sat around for half an hour and then warmed up again.

Lots of good accelerations including some shorter 60-70m ones.

2x200 in 35s right before the workout.
