Another good yo-yo. Perfect temps, but windy. Right hamstring was a little... not sure what, but something during warm-up, but I didn't feel it at all after 10 minutes.
5:55 for the hard reps. Two and three were into the wind, and I backed off 6 min pace slightly to stay even.
But then I was relaxed at 5:45 on the way back.
6:47 for the floats.
