First run at zero degrees this fall. Up early and tough to get out the door while staring at the snow covered roof out my window ... but of course it was really nice once I did. Three laps of Hasen-heide park with one loop (1.4M) a little quicker (6:45 pace). It's the same run I did last Monday morning except that then I'd taken Sunday off. Still feeling fresh though...
