At the Bucknell Fieldhouse: Aiming for something in the range of 1000, 3x600, 2x400, 2x200 @ 3:15, 1:54, 1:52, 1:50, 74, 72, 34, 34 with 2.5 minutes of rest after the 1000 and 2 after everything else.

Solid workout. I didn't get through something similar in Berlin late last November, but that was on a real windy/cold day on an outdoor track. I'm certainly not in as good as shape as I was then, but my legs are probably the strongest they've been in two years (not that that says much). I can feel them overriding my lungs in the last 100m of every rep.
