Tempo along the Charles. 7 mile yo-yo.

The whole 10+ was continuous for 10.5 @ 6:32/mile.

I had planned on the fast miles beginning at 6:10 and working down... and for the recovery miles to be 7:00... but I felt great starting out. The second mile was 6:45 and that was supposed to be part of the warm-up. It caught up with me in the last few miles (I kept the paces consistent but the last fast rep was almost all out). Still happy with the decision to work. It's the hardest thing I'll do this week. Hopefully I'll get into a good rhythm of strength work over the next few weeks.
