sick week more 100s where this came from. legs don't feel bad at all. feel like i could do back to back 100s if i really wanted to. would rather take tomorrow off though dont wanna dig myself into a hole. may try for a fast 10 mile on tuesday. feel like i could easily run a 57:xx
