Day 81: Busy afternoon, so... short and easy. Until I started a mild speed interval on the return that I continued up the last hill to a quarter mile from the house (0.61 mile in 4:46; 7:49/mi pace). This felt really good.
Oops, I ran in my street shoes; these were retired months ago.
