Notes
Day 100: This was an epic run... not only because it marks the 100th day of my run streak. The morning was glorious: 62 degrees, some fog, otherwise mostly clear and calm. The sunrise was beautiful. My pace improved throughout the run. I felt exhilarated at the end. ~ It was also my last run in this pair of shoes. A total of 503 miles... they have served me well!
