Day 99: Comfortable paced evening run (6:14 p.m.) ~ I had planned a shorter, easy recovery run after yesterday's 9.71-miler, but 36 hours of rest apparently did the trick. I felt strong tonight, so I just glided along. Cooling temperatures helped.
