Hill program, level 8 (highest incline 6.4)

I started at 6.0 (10:00/mile) for the first 10-12 minutes, but my HR wasn't getting high enough, so I bumped it up to 6.2 (9:40/mile) which brought me up to 175+ on the steepest inclines. HR dropped to 150s-160s on the flats (incline 0.0).

I felt really good. Sciatic bothered me at the very beginning, but it soon went away. I didn't want to push too hard because I want to recover enough to have a decent run tomorrow.
