Legs were pretty tired, but I was able to keep up the pace. I was going to do 8, but after my hills yesterday, it was tough, so I quit at 7. I didn't walk the last recovery around the track, so it is included in part of my cool down walk back home. I ran from home to the school, which is about .6 miles, then I ran most of the way back.
