This was a good run. I was worried about the ankle. It started out really hurting, but then I loosened the laces on my shoe and it was fine. It started hurting a little bit the last couple miles, but the rest of the time, it was fine. The ankle actually felt better the day after than it did the days of rest I took before. I think maybe moving it around helps. I'm not taking anti-inflammatories anymore because they can inhibit healing. We'll see if that helps any.
