This started out as a good run. Pace was probably a bit fast for a 10 miler. My ankle really started to hurt the last 3 miles. It's the tendon in front. It hurt to walk after my run. Tennis shoes really hurt because the laces put pressure on the spot that hurts. It is very acute in one very small spot. I iced it and compressed it and elevated it. It seems to have gotten better. 2 1/2 days rest helped a lot along with the ice, etc...
