First 1.75 was mostly downhill, avg. pace was about 8:28, Second 1.75 was mostly uphill, avg. pace was about 8:37
VERY humid!!!! Kind of warm, overcast, almost drizzly. Decent run, though. Got a slight stitch during last .5 mile of tempo.
