I took Joey for a run. We stuck to the main path and a reasonable pace for her.
Overall: 7
Enjoyment: 8 - Felt good, and had a fun time with Joey.
Experience: 7 - warm temps and slightly rainy, but not bad. Not many people on the trail.
Effort: 7 - A brisk pace, with only a few random short breaks for Joey.
Pain: 1 - Nada!
