Enjoyment: 6 - A pretty good day out for a run. I took it with a steady pace so that I wasn't too tired.
Experience: 7 - Fairly windy out. This was a lunchtime run, and I've not done the parade field in awhile so 3 figure 8 loops, and a finish around Burba Lake was quite nice.
Effort: 7 - Nice and stead pace.
Pain: 1 - Nada.
