Enjoyment: 8 - I enjoyed this for no more than the fact I felt good, and didn't have much pain. :)
Experience: 7 - 75F and sunny, near perfect weather. The trail was packed with people and I was smitten with the fact my foot was feeling much better.
Effort: 8 - A moderate speed. I was slower than the 16 miles a few weeks ago, but I wasn't really pushing it.
Pain: 3 - At times I could feel some soreness. It never hit hard, and is feeling pretty good about 7 hours post run. I'm hoping tomorrow I'll wake up pleasantly and without any pain. I'm giving it 2 days to see if the run induces another gout flair-up. I sure hope not!
