Enjoyment: 9 - A suggestion from work put me at a hiking trail around some natural springs. It was nice weather and awesome scenery.
Experience: 9 - This location was very nice. The trails were well maintained. There were quite a few people there, but not crowded at all. It was very hilly, but the views more than made up for it.
Effort: 8 - I took it slow with many extra stops for pics. I was playing the Yes Man photo-jogging game tonight!
Pain: 3 - No pain at all until I was about 5 feet from the car. I stumbled over the gravel and twisted my ankle slightly. It's still sore to the touch but not weight bearing. I'm hoping tomorrow will only be somewhat sore.
