Enjoyment: 7 - The weather was awesome, but I was too focused on the run to fully enjoy everything around me.
Experience: 8 - With such wonderful weather, people were out like crazy on the trail. It was nice and sunny and in the low-mid 60s.
Effort: 8 - I started off slow to test my ankle. After about 3-4 miles, I picked up the pace quite a bit. I was moving it the rest of the run.
Pain: 3 - No pain in the left ankle. It's not 100% healed yet, but I didn't notice anything on the run. I notice some minor discomfort when walking down steps, although not every time, otherwise, it's feeling good.
