Notes

Solid upper body workout before heading to the waterpark.

Getting more consistent with 2x weekly upper body efforts should really help to retain some muscle and perhaps build a tiny bit - added a 4th set to a couple muscle groups today and think I can make that a regular situation. 8 sets per week should be productive as I've managed to hold most of my muscle on 3-6 sets/week the last few weeks

Legs are a different story....but gaining strength on 1 heavy session a week works for me (sometimes a 2nd easy/lighter one).
