Warmup Mile in 5:20
10x200 Dashes in :27 to :29 respectively
1min rest in between each 200
Interval was first 5 then 2mins then next 5
Only hit 29 a couple times and felt great. All the rest were in 28 mostly and #5 and 10 were in 27.
Cool down 3.5 mile run
GREAT WORKOUT!! Felt great and pushed when I had to. Form was good all the way through. This will help my kick to make it more deadly at the end.
