Hips before. Eccentric calf raises, 2x10 lunges f&b, 20 squats after.

Hardest back-to-back days so far. It was a struggle to keep up my cadence with the heat and longer run yesterday. The new lacing seems to be working for the shins, but I need to get used to the looser shoes.
