Notes

Hips before. Eccentric calf raises, 2x10 lunges f&b, 20 squats after.

10min easy, 15min with a few 30s surges, 5min easy.

A relatively easy shake-out. The hip was tight, no surprise, and I had to work to maintain cadence, but it went pretty well.
