Notes
I went out thinking 5 or 10 miles. I have been a little worn down, so I was thinking 5 would be best. But I told Emily Mustin that I was doing 10 today, so at 2.5 miles in I decided to just keep going.
I didn't push myself too hard. I stopped at 5 mile and had about half a gu and some nuun.
I ate mildly heavy about an hour before the run, and i felt a bit sluggish.
My left calf is still a little tender.
I do 12 quarters tomorrow, and I hope that I haven't screwed myself up. I think more miles are good, but at the same time I could do 5 at a faster pace. The issue is that it does tend to take me a while to warm up.
