Notes

Sun – Long Run, 9-11 miles. We will take it down a notch this for this week’s long run then try to bump it up next week. The long run will be and steady climb and we will peak at maybe 18 or so in probably 6 weeks, then from there leading up the marathon will be a downturn turning into a taper a week or two before the race.
