Nice couple of long runs this week, looks like you had a solid week. How are you feeling? Are you feeling the after-effects of last week yet? You had quite the jump in mileage in the past three weeks, be careful. Really watch those little aches and pains, as they could progress. Ice, stretch, and massage.

Let's try to keep the mileage rolling. We can get into a holding pattern with the amount of miles, keep it around 40. 35-40 is a good range. We will keep it there for a while, and drop it in a few weeks to give you some rest. You will be tired with that amount of miles, so be prepared for that. Once you are at that level, there will be a constant cloud of fatigue that will follow you around.

Mon - Off is you got in the long run yesterday. You are on a roll, keep it going!

Tues - Distance run, 5-7 miles.
