Wed - Either today or tomorrow, get in a mid week long run, 8-10 miles. During the run, get in 10 X 30 sec. pick ups and you can take all the recovery you want in between them. I liked the middle of the week long run last week, those are the runs that are going to get you to a successful Boston. How did it feel. I was just about as long as you Sunday/Monday long runs, did it feel like a chore, or did you not go out there and expect to go for so long?
